I have a Contact List that has been synced with SharePoint.
When in Outlook I can make changes to the info (ie Job Title) and when viewing in SharePoint the changes are made.
When in SharePoint I can make changes to the info (ie Job Title) and when viewing in Outlook the changes are made.
The two way interface between my Outlook List and my SharePoint List is working as designed....

My dilemma is when a change is made to the Global Address Book (ie Job Title) both my Outlook Contact List and my SharePoint List still shows the old job title.
Is there a way to sync my Outlook Contact List back to the Global Address Book to populate the new Job Title? Which would then sync back down to my SharePoint List
