Sharepoint 2007: Using feature to do archiving of content

Hi,

I am having problems to implement the functionality of archiving my pages' content.

User will be entering content in pages and I need to aggregate all the content from at least 5 different pages to create a .html page at the end of each month.

Much like a progress report reported by per member of a team and at the end of the month, a report of team is created.

I am thinking to use features. Been researching on implementation..I am totally new to sharepoint as well as ASP.NET.

Appreciate if there is any guidance on how I can implement this asap.
