Sharepoint 2007 and IE7 Problem

Hello

We've just completed a test installation on 3 servers of MOSS 2007 but we cannot view the central admin using IE7 on the application server. I've searched on Google and all answers say to add the server to the trusted sites and set the security to low. We've done this but we still get the "Internet Explorer cannot display this webpage" error page. We can access the central admin using Firefox on the same server. And we can access it using IE7 on the Database and WFE servers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
