I want to create a vba macro in Outlook to open the file dialog box positioned to a default client folder. This macro is to be used by 15 people on a lan. My questions are:

1. Once written, how do I share the vba module with the other users so that I only need to maintain one copy of the code?

2. How do I assign the macro to run on a keystroke like <alt-F9> for example?

Thanks,

I have a simular circumstance and was not able to do either.

You can however name the sub

Private Sub Application_Startup

and it will act as an autoexec and run at startup. Futher you will probably need a digital certificate to just run the code. Which will also have to be installed.
