Hi, I'm running Crytal Reports Ver 9 and am trying to pass a value from a subreport to the main report. I've created my formulas as shown:

Main Report
WhilePrintingRecords;
Shared NumberVar Capacity

SubReport
WhilePrintingRecords;
Shared NumberVar Capacity := Sum ({drivearray.array_capacity}, {server.name})

I'm linking the sub to the main via a common server name. My problem is that the first instance of the main report shows a 0 for capacity, and then is always one off for the remainder of the report.

The main report shared variable formula MUST be in a section below the one in which the subreport is located.
