Hi,

I've got 7 users in a group that are using Outlook 2000 for email. They are not using any internal servers for email.

They would like the ability to have 1 shared Contacts list, so everyone has access to that list (and they could each have individual contact lists on their pc).

Is this possible? If so, how do I set it up?

Thanks.

Yes,

This is possible. You can designate someone to be the primary contact holder or make a new account. After that, you can assign permissions in the folder view and allow people to view it.

On the clients, just go into the Exchange services properties and look under advanced. Add in the mailbox of the primary contact holder.
