Is there any way to give shared mailboxes a display name other than it's alias?
For some reason, when I created a shared mailbox called AC-Jobs, I can't give it a "From:" display name: "Jobs Administrator". Recipients only see "AC-Jobs" in the From: field, but I'd like them to see a display name, such as with regular users.
Any ideas?
