Hi all,
Shared mail was accidentally enabled when I used the command 'tell router update config' (yes, it's an undocumented feature of R5). To disable it I did the following.
1. changed the ini setting to shared_mail=0 (and restarted)
2. entered 'load object set -never config.nsf' (config.nsf is the shared mail file)
3. entered 'load object unlink mail' (where mail is the directory containing all mail files)
It goes through the motions, but doesn;t seem to unlink messages and deliver them to the mail files themselves. I get the following..
Object Store Manager: 0 of 13404 notes processed
and so on.
Users are unable to opne any emails with attachments that were sent during the time shared mail was active.
What do I do???
