Shared Line Display

I have 2 subs covering 7 sites.
Using 894X phones...
On one site when a shared line is in use and a second call rings in on the shared line, when the secretary answers, she can see both calls that are in progress on that line.
On another site, when a shared line is in use and a second call rings in on the shared line, when the secretary answers, she can only see the one call she answered, not the other call going on, so she doesn't know if her boss is on the phone or not.
I have tried changing firmware, connected to different subscribers, and it still continues.
Does anyone have any idea where I should look ?

Do the devices have different CSS's? If so, set the line CSS to be either the same or have access to the same partitions.
