Shared Line Call Forward All:how to

Hi all,

i've several 7960 phones with primary line on first button and shared lines on the other buttons.

It's possible to "call forward all" only the main, first line.

My customers don't use ccmuser web interface.

So how can is possible to CFA the shared lines???

From Call Manager go to Device, Phone, and conduct a search for the directory number you want to forward. Select the device. From the phone configration page on the upper left you will see the directory numbers for the phone. Select the line you would like to forward. On the Directory Number Configuration page scroll down mid way to the Call Forward and Pickup Settings section. The first selection is Forward All. In the coverage/destination enter the number you would like to forward on to. Click update at the top of the page and your done.
 
Thank you, but i mean to do so, not from CCM web interface, not user nor admin, but directly from the phone.

I can choose to CFA only the first line represented on the phone but not the others.

If your shared line is a secondary line on a phone, call forwarding that line from the phone is impossible, it cannot be done. The only way to forward that line is to do it either from the CCMAdmin or CCMUser web pages.
