I need to create a shared folder on a new drive. The users will have write permission and not be able to add additional folders. They can create subfolders in the shared folder. What would I need to accomplish this?

Create a folder, give users all permissions to this folder except for Full Control. Then right-click on the folder, select sharing, and share the folder. Make sure the appropriate share permissions are on the folder.

Now when a user accesses that folder, they will be able to do whatever they want within that folder (move, create, delete files and folders). But they will not be able to go higher up in the directory tree to create additional folders at the same level as the shared folder (unless they already have rights to the parent directory or drive).
