Shared Files on a Novell Server with Windows2000 and Windows98 Boxes

After a recent reboot of my Novell 6 server, I noticed my files in one of my folders couldn't be seen or accesses by my windows 2000 users, My win2000 could see the folder and open the folder, but the data in thefolder was not there, and said zero objects,....

However, my windows98 users could see the files within the same folder. any suggestions?
