Shared Fax - looking for email notification add-on

We use the Shared Fax for inbound and outbound faxes. We receive hundreds of faxes from clients. A competitor is advertising that they email a confirmation of faxes received provided that CSID is programmed on sender's fax machine.

We want to offer the same feature but are not able to locate an add-on or even a different fax server software that contains this feature.

Does anyone have suggestions for where to look to find this feature?
