shared fax in sbs 2003, setup and programming

Hi,
Our network has an sbs2000 domain controller. We just bought an sbs2003 server to coexist with the other one. I want to move our fax server to the sbs2003 server so that I can send faxes progammatically.
When I set the sbs2003 server up on the network, I just added it to the network. I can see it from all the client machines, but I cannot add its shared fax printer.

How do I set a client up to be able to use this servers shared fax server?

Also and info on how to send faxes programmtically would be a great help.
