I've got a strange problem. Our department uses a shared excel workbook which is updated by everyone. The problem occures when I change some of the text in a cell to a different format (eg. bold) and then save.
After my save the text still looks the same. But once my colleagues have saved, the text I changed drops down one font size.
The workaround we use for now is for all but one person to exit excel. Then that person makes the text change and saves. After this, eveyone can come back into the workbook picking up that change. This is a pain to say the least!
Does anyone know of this problem and if there is a fix or proper workaround?
