I just joined the ranks of the corporate IT, I am a IT noob.

I had the HD out connected to my computer with USB adapter to transfer files to the server share. I put the HD back in and now am reinstalling windows.

My IT computer is on the domain, but the computers i fix are not on the domain, and not suppose to be. So my mapped drives are done by a GPO.

My question: what is the best way to connect to the drive and pull those files from it? Trying to get it from remote desktop doesn't work because the clipboards wont sync. Since the other computers wont be on the domain, how??????
I have tried doing a map drive (not reconnect at logon), and it cant find the servers.......
