My client wants to make a contacts list that can be shared and modified by all. He also wants a default calender that does the same. How can I do this so that all changes are made available to all users as a default. They are using outlook 2003 and exchange 2003. Is this possible and how can I move these from outlook to exchange

You can use Public Folders in Exchange to create shared calendars and contact lists. Tons of info in Google on how to do it.
