A small business has a number of contacts in their personal folder, and I would like to share it for them. I know I can place it into a public folder, but everytime I create a new public folder (called contacts), and try to copy from a client box (ie from public folder to shared folder contacts) it tells me that I either don't have permission to copy or top level root can't be copied.

How can I give them shared contacts, that would also work when you type an email and the name would match to an email address (as in the GAL)?

Thanks for your help

Customer Recipients -> Mail Enabled Contacts in E2k

You can also use Outlook Address Book and point to a contacts folder.

Are you able to create a new contact in this Public Folder? If so you might just export the contacts to csv and then import them into the Public Folder. Dan
