Shared Code Error 1

Hi all,

Please can any of you offer any advise on the following....
Groupwise 4.3 (yes old!)
Remote user is trying to open her groupwise and is getting the following message:

Shared Code Error
x Unable to run c:\apps\ofwin40\\WPC20\MFWIN20.exe /1-UK/#

< i press OK option then get the following:>

Groupwise Error
! The shared code could not be initialised

The only option then is ok and it kicks me out.

I have tried re-nameing the RofData from the directory to rebuild, - but i'm still getting the message.

Any help would be gratefully recieved. Thanks in advance...

It's been a while but I still had some notes for this version. It sounds like a bad WPCset.bif file. This file is located on the local drive. Just locate the BIF file and rename it. Then have the user login to their account. In theory this file should be recreated when the user logins for the first time after renaming it.
