Shared client installation 2

During my years in technical support of Epicor Software I remember that a lot of customers had a problem with shared client installation vs. local client installation. Is that still a problem with version 7.3? My employer would like me to upgrade from 7.2 SP3 to 7.3 version and at the same time I would like to recommend to use shared client rather than local clients.

We use citrix and the only MUST HAVE - is too assure that there is only one client directory. Multiple client dirs - cause alot of headache. GOod luck
