Shared Border Inside a Table?

Is it possible to get a shared border in FP2000 such as a footer inside a table? MS Help is of no help.

Is it also possible to manipulate a shared border to a certain pixel width?

The shared border is almost like a frame (in other programs, it's an include page); it can't be inside a table. You also can't change the size of shared border--but you can put tables or pixelshims in the border to manipulate the size.
