I am running groupwise 5.1, all the users want to have a shared address book. How do I do this?

1. Open Groupwise
2. Click on the Address Book.
3. Choose (or create) the address book that you want.
4. Right Click on it.
5. Choose "Sharing"
6. Choose "Share With"
7. Assign the people you'd like to share the book with.
8. Assign authorized rights.
9. Click OK.
10. If needed edit the message sent to all users.

Thats it. Of course this is for GroupWise 5.5, I am sure 5.1 is the same. david e
*end users are just like computers, some you can work with...others just need a simple reBOOTing to fix their problems.*

This doesn't seem to work with Novell 5.2 that we are running

Does it not have the "Sharing" tab as described above? david e
