Share tables in Paradox 9 from Access 97

I have tables in Paradox 9 in a Novell server this file can be used for all users. I have an application in Access 97 using this tables. My main problem is 2 or more users can´t use the same table at once in a capture screen. In Paradox the tables are No lock and Local share is on in BDE.
What does else I have to make?
Please help me...
