Share public folder across domains..

Hi,
Our company has recently merged with another, both companies have exch2003 with different domains. WE connect via a VPN so users can view files in each office. Is it possible to have public folders (Calendars, contact lists etc) replicate between the 2 Exchange boxes, but not mail.
EG:
Site1 - Boardroom calendar (PF)
Site2 - Client contacts (PF)
Could Site2 view Site1 calendar & Site1 view the contacts at Site2?
