Hello,

I run a Share Point server and with a site I have been working on which WAS due to go public on July 1 suddenly gave me an error when I tried to access it. The error reads: Specified cast not valid.

I have never seen such an error message and have no idea how to fix it. Does anybody know? And know how to solve it?

Thanks,

Tony

Hello,

have you checked the event log files on the server, do you get any errors there? Have you checked the SharePoint logfiles aswell?

I haven't seen that error either before. Have you added any custom webparts or code etc. to your site?

Do you know if there has been any changes done since it stopped working?

Cheers,
Thomas
