Share Point backup rpoblem

Hello,

Galaxy 7.0 /Windows 2003 SRV 64Bit.
SPserver + SQLserver ( DBs on it)
Installed the sharepoint agents, started the backup and got the messages:
"Failed to get the database id for [SharePoint_AdminContent_4abe8a52-8650-4a17-9ba5-e980b7d2700c]. Check if the database exists."
""Failed to get the database id for [SharePoint_Config]. Check if the database exists.""
and so on.
Any Idea ?`

Did you discover and configure the databases in the subclient? Did you also install SP5 and patch 1358? Is SQL installed on the same server or remote? What version of SQL? Even if SQL is local if it's Enterprise select SQL Database Hosted on a Remote SQL Serve.
