Share Outlook Contact List

I am running Outlook 2000 on my PC. I do not have an Exchange Server. I
created the employees' list of the company on my PC as contacts. I want to
install Outlook on each users computer, together with my contact list. Does
anyone knows how? Please assist me.

File - Import and Export - Export File as either Comma or Tab Separated Filed, Select Contacts when asked, save file to either FDD or HDD. This saves your contacts as a TXT file.

You must then follow the same procedure on the other persons PC but this time select Import from another program or File - Select either TAB or comma seperated (whichever you chose) - Browse to the file - Select the destination folder (Contacts) - Then select finish and all should be well.
