Hello I am sure you get a lot of these questions, and I apologize.

I know very little to none about MAC.

Issue: We have a Mac connected to local printer. We would like to share out that printer so that other clients (windows xp) can print to it.

In windows I would right click then share. connect to it by doing \\comp

Would this be possible on MAC OX 10

In OSX 10.3 and higher, open System Preferences, and turn on "Printer sharing" and "Windows sharing" in the Sharing preferences panel. Then in Windows, add a new network printer; you can find it by browsing. When Windows asks to select a driver for the printer, select any PostScript driver like the Apple LaserWriter or Color LaserWriter instead of the printer model you're using.
