share one mailbox with many users 1

What's the best way to share one e-mail address with many users when using WINNT SBS 4.5 Exchange 5.5 SP3 and OUTLOOK 2000. Be technical please

I no longer have an NT server at my disposal, so I could not check this out. Can't you create a security group in User Manager and add the desried NT accounts to it. Then make the NT group the primary NT account for the mailbox.

If you have Exchange, use Exchange Admin, create a mailbox with the desired email address. Under permissions, add each user with USER permission. Give Send As priveleges to each user. For each users Outlook, setup user profile to open the mailbox you just created. Change view to show FROM field.
