Share Notification

How can I tell when someone is accessing shares on my machine? I know I can go into Manage/shares/sessions/open sessions to see connections, but is there any security tweak or 3rd party tool that will notify me when someone accesses shares on my machine with a pop up or alert?

Wintel OS...just looking for any kind of popup notification that may be out there. I know I can view and probably even log sessions, just wondering if anyone had a tool out there that notified you when shares are being accessed.
