Share network point

I was wondering if it was possible for two devices to share a network port. I have a PC in a room in our building. This room only has a single network port. However, I need to be able to put a printer into that room that is connected directly to the network rather than to the PC.

However, with only one network point I am restricted. Is there a way that the PC and printer can share the single network point and have distinct IP addresses?
