I would like to be able to share macros on all our workstations so that I don't have to recreate them over and over. Is there a way to put the macros on the server and have the workstations look there? If not, could you tell me the filename where the macros are stored so that I can copy paste that file to each workstation?

Thank you!

Brenda

What are the macros created in? Word, Excel, Outlook? This is important.

If it is in word, you can copy the template containing the macros to the LAN and then use the Tools Template and Add-ins option to point the user workstation at the template on the LAN.

When you do this, the macros are loaded at the time the user starts word. If you create a toolbar that calls these macros, it can be set to appear as well.

I hope this helps. Matthew Moran
