Hi,
Do to some wiring issues I am going to have to hook up my cable modem in my garage. My plan is to use the 802.11G wireless router I already have and send the internet from the cable modem to my computers in the house. Will this work without a pc actually plugged direcetly into the router.
I have 1 labtop with a g card in it and one desktop I will need to purchase one for. Will this be possible?

I thinking I'll probably be able to send the internet but won't be able to create a network since I won't have a home computer that wired in?

Thx!

You only need to plug a PC into the router when configuring the router settings. After that there is no need for a plugged in workstation.

Similarly, you should be able to network the two wireless clients.
