I have about 90+ extended senior managment that all want to see each others calandars so as to schedule meetings etc. If they are all using outlook 2003 with (at the moment Exchange 5.5 - upgrading soon)how can I easily achieve this. I know I can in Outlook add another persons calendar but times that by 90 for each person that becomes a nightmare. Is there no such thing as a calendar server or something that I can setup where everyone can see everyones calendars - or any other solutions?
