shaping an object so it looks like its gone soft

hi i am trying to make a drillbit look like it's gone soft and hangs down in a curve (kindof like a noodle). Is there a quick way to shape objects this way?

You can try this, make sure your drill bit is vertical on your canvas and go to filter>distort>shear if that doesnt work play with filter>liquify. Hope this helps
