New user to Visio n trying to diagram network. Used Autodiscovery but find most results are "workstations" how can I get them to properly report ie Modem with the correct shape? I have tried various things but not cracked it yet. Also how can I add another Class to the list on the database? There is not one for Modem etc.. Any info gratefully received.
