Hello All, Sorry for the long post I am prety new to Visio and want to explain this properly.

I have been tasked to create a WAN diagram. We have more than 130 sites all over the country that I need to represent. I have a list of the sites and all of the pertinent data in a table in Access. I have been successful in linking individual shapes to the table and have recreated their custom properties to be drawn from that table. The problem I have is that each shape is linked individually. I am working on this diagram in a staging folder that won't be the final resting place of the drawing, and as such when I tried to move it some of the links couldn't find the table.

What I am asking is can I specify the links to look in the same folder the drawing is in?

Also, I would like to have the sitename specified in the table display in the text field built into the "Router" shape, but thus far can't get it to do it?

Thanks in advance and again I apologize for the long post.
