Shaking pictures in premiere pro

I am editing a movie, and one place in the movie I want to freeze the image. So I exported the frame I wanted to freeze, and placed it after the clip. But I have a problem. The frame I exported to a bmp-image is shaking, and that is very annoying! Is there anything I can do to get rid of the shaking?? I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

Deinterlace the exported still either by selecting that option in the export image settings in Premiere or after export in PhotoShop etc.
