Shadowing any user on multi-citrix servers from one server

We have six Citrix 1.7 Winframe servers and if I a need to shadow a user I need to be logged into the citrix server the user is on.<br>
<br>
Is there a way to login to one server and shadow any user on any server.<br>
<br>

You can shadow the user using the the Winframe Administrator. As long as shadowing is allowed in the users profile, you should be able to shadow them. The Administration program in the Administrative tools group on the server.

To my knowledge it is not possible to shadow users on another WinFrame 1.7 server (maybe there are third-party products - I do not know).<br>
But in a WinFrame 1.8 farm it is possible to shadow users on any Win/Meta-Frame 1.8 server.
