Our Citrix farm went down last week, and I had to recover to a fairly old backup (march) of the mf20.mdb to recover with the dsmaint config command.
That worked fine, but the only side effect we seem to be having now is that the shadow toolbar list is not fully populated with the amount of users that are logged on. There isnt a pattern as well, i.e. its all users on one particular server. All the servers and the published applications are listed however.
All other servers were rebooted after dsmaint config was ran, and I have also ran dsmaint recreatelhc on all servers apart from the server holding mf20.mdb (Can I do it on there as well?)
The only other thing I can think of that could cause an issue is when the backup of the mf20.mdb was in use, some of the servers were running windows 2000, they are now on 2003. Could this cause an issue
Thanks
Andy
