Hope someone can figure this out for me. I have set up shadowing for a user in our company. I gave her access to the shadow taskbar. When she clicks the task bar, she can see all the users and add the person she wants to shadow. She is prompted for her credentials and then the session starts to apply her settings as if it is logging her on. Before the remote user's desktop ever comes up, the screen switches to "Saving Your settings" and logs her off. It happens to every person she tries to shadow. I set up a test user with the exact same rights as her and shadowing works fine. Can anyone point in the right direction in what I might be missing for this user?

Thanks.

I have seen a different error while shadowing and it might be something to check. Make sure that the shadower has a least the same or higher screen resolution. I haven't seen do what you say, usually I get an error. But PS4 may react differently....good luck

Thanks, but that was her original problem. I changed her screen resolution to be higher than who she was trying to shadow. That resolved the "7025" error code that we originally got. Now we don't have the screen resolution problem, but this weird one where it goes from "applying personal settings", right to "saving personal settings" and disconnecting the user. BTW, we are still using Metaframe XPa.
