We gave shadow permission to all users so they can work or help each other. The problem is when they try to connect to their particular person, they see every person who are logged in.
We want only people from one department to see only their department user who are logged in at that time.
All suggestion will be a big help. This is more to do with Window 2000 that we are using.

Well, we (the IT department) are the only ones who shadow, so we need to see everyone. I dont think that its possible to only see certain users logged on, though I would like to hear how if it is possible. Perhaps through some policy manipulation?

We setup our system for EVERYONE to shadow permission. Some people knows their application than us as they use everyday ! Another is that we created cluster of departmental helper so they help each other (IT department take times to reply sometime after looking into the books ! lol) . This way we reduce our IT budget and user are happy also.

Well, still waiting for anyone who can help me. Thanks.
Maybe this should be in W2000 forum but if I say 'shadow' they wont know ....
