IS-IT--Management
My queue was full of SPAM in ESM the other day. I was tired of deleting mail one domain at a time so I got the bright idea of deleting them from the queue directory.
Now I've noticed these messages seem to still appear in ESM; but at the same time they're not there.
Let me explain: If I click on Find Message, I'll get a message that shows up with no info (i.e. no sender/recipients, no Message ID) except for the messages' size and the dates. Furthermore, when right-clicking it the only option that isn't greyed out is the Properties one, so I cannot delete it.
how do I get rid of these shadow messages?
