Shadow directory not updating. Why?

Using VSS 6.0.

I have created a shadow directory.

I tested it by editing a file and checking it back in.

The files do not update unless I go back into the Admin Tool "options" and "reset" it (to the same location.)

I have set up shadow directories previously - what could be the problem?

It seems that if you check in during the same minutes that you checked out that the shadow directory does not get updated.

The trick is to wait for the server to change to the next minute.
