Shadow Copy -- no "Previous Version" files

I created "Shadow Copy" on the Server about a year ago. Everything worked at that time(thread931-1425603). But when I checked user files today, I didn't see any "Previous Version" files. I don't know what has happened.

The "Previous Versions" tab is still there with every file, but no files listed under "file versions". Checked on the server, I saw a list of "Shadow Copies" with scheduled date and time. So it looks like the server part is working OK. But without seeing "Previous Versions" of user files, I couldn't restored file back when needed.

I would like to know what need to be done in order to make the "Previous Versions" working with user files. Any idea? Thanks.

May need a reinstall. You may have run out of disk space for the shadow copies. Check you services to make sure this is running.

Check out Diskeeper's Undelete, everything shadow copy should be. Have it on all my client's primary servers.
