I created "Shadow Copy" on the Server about a year ago. Everything worked at that time(thread931-1425603). But when I checked user files today, I didn't see any "Previous Version" files. I don't know what has happened.
The "Previous Versions" tab is still there with every file, but no files listed under "file versions". Checked on the server, I saw a list of "Shadow Copies" with scheduled date and time. So it looks like the server part is working OK. But without seeing "Previous Versions" of user files, I couldn't restored file back when needed.
I would like to know what need to be done in order to make the "Previous Versions" working with user files. Any idea? Thanks.
