Running VSS on Windows 2003 R2 SP2... shadow copy worked fine for months, had 50 days worth of daily shadow copies and used them all the time for file restores. Then this past monday morning I came to work to this:
"Source: Volsnap
EventID: 25
(etc)
The shadow copies of volume R were deleted because the shadow copy storage could not grow in time. Consider reducing the IO load on the system or choose a shadow copy storage volume that is not being shadow copied."
... and all my beautiful shadow copies were GONE.
Any Tek-Tips?
