We use Shadow CMS with our IP Office for call tracking. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the extensions 8888 and 9999's that I see in the logs actually means. Most of the extensions in this column match up with the 3 digit user extensions but there are quite a few calls showing the above 4 digit extensions and I cannot figure out what they mean.
