Shading ever other record 1

I have a report that prints out phone numbers. I have 2700 customers...approx. 20 Customers per page. I was wondering if I could shade ever other record so that it was easier to read the report? I've checked in the properties of the report and the Help section of Access. I hope I've explained this so that you all can understand it
