Just migrated to Windows 7 and Excel 2010 and every field that is colored or has a conditional formatted color is printing solid black

Hi,

Have you checked your printer settings?

Skip,

for a NUance![tongue][/sub]

This is most likely a quirk of the specific printer driver rather than of Excel

Printer settings are good...I have one spreadsheet with a conditiona format that colorizes cells Red and Green..They print solid black until I take the format off...

I wasn't referring to printer settings. I was really suggesting you might like to try a different printer driver, if possible. HP laser printers of the not too distant past, for example, suffered similar problems depending on whether you used the PCL5, PCL5E, PCL6 or PostScript driver.
