sh proxy command

Hi all,

New to this site, apologies if I've posted incorrectly.

I have a query from an old client. We have a proxy appliance which we know works and explicitly routes all traffic (Sophos web appliance). If I use the command sh proxy it does not show the proxy (states 'direct access'). In IE the proxy settings are configured correctly (via GPO). Any ideas as I would expect it to state the proxy details?
